I-6 Receive & file the Cortland County Planning Department Review &
Recommendations dated August 10, 2022 regarding the Aquifer
Protection Permit of Compagni Land Development, LLC
a.The Cortland County Planning Board Meeting was held on August 17,
2022 and due to lack of a quorum the board was unable to officially act on
the General Municipal Law 239-m and provide a recommendation in
regards to the Aquifer Protection Permit Application of Compagni Land
Development, LLC. If the Town still feels that a full review by the County
Planning Board is necessary, it can be put on the agenda for the board’s
next regular meeting in September

I-7 Receive, review & discuss proposal from Clough Harbour & Associates
(CHA), dated August 17, 2022 regarding professional engineering
services for Cosmos Hill, Blue Creek & Alexandria Drive Sewer
Expansion, CHA Proposal # X76767 in the Town of Cortlandville, New
York
I-8 Resolution authorizing Supervisor to make application through a Historic
Marker Grant by the William G. Pomeroy Foundation (WGPF) to obtain a
grant for a historic marker at the South Cortland Cemetery. The cemetery
may qualify for their Patriot Burials Markers program, which
commemorates the burial sites of veterans of the American Revolution
I-9 Authorize Supervisor to sign the Proposed Stipulation, Matter #21-00976
of Homer Solar Energy Center, LLC received on August 24, 2022
regarding addressing the Town’s Noise Ordinance and State Wetland
Impacts. The Town of Cortlandville and Permittee have entered into said
stipulation as a result of negotiations and have resolved potential issues
1-10 Authorize Supervisor to sign Trail License Agreements between the Town
of Cortlandville and C’Ville, dated September 08, 2022, for 3125 Byrne
Hollow Xing, Tax Map # 105.00-03-25.000 and Byrne Hollow Xing, Tax
Map # 105.00-03-22.000
I-11 Acknowledge notification from the State for filing of Local Law No. 6 of
2022 (Participation in Meetings Via Videoconference) effective August 9
2022
I-12 Receive & file correspondence from New York State Department of
Transportation dated August 9, 2022 regarding the Town’s speed limit
reduction request for McLean Road. A study has been completed and
NYSDOT professionals determined that lowering the speed limit to 30
mph would not be appropriate at this time and the posted speed limit of
40 mph will remain in effect
I-13 Set a Public Hearing Date for October 05, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. held at the
Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex, 3111 Byrne Hollow Crossing
regarding Route 13 Zoning Change
