PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Danby Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the following
Public Hearing on October 22, 2018, at the Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Road, Ithaca, NY
7:00 PM or there about, to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the Appeal by David Jordan,
Owner, of a Zoning Officer determination and interpretation dated August 2, 2019 regarding the proposed
use of 1582 Danby Road (Tax Parcel 7.1-1-11) for a farm cidery tasting room by Rogue Creek Cidery.
The property is in the Low Density Residential Zone. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do
so in person or by attorney or other representative. Written comments will also be accepted.
Further information, including access to application materials, may be obtained at the Town
Clerk's Office, 1830 Danby Road, Ithaca, New York, 14850. If for some reason this meeting must
cancelled or postponed, notice will be posted at Town Hall and on the Town Website (https__`_!/
