Dear Mssrs:
My office wrote to the Town formally requesting reconsideration of the denial of the
extension of Applicant's building permit (attached) for the property at 1582 Danby Rd.,
Danby, NY (locally and formerly known as the Johnson Estate). In response, we
received the attached email from the Town Supervisor denying the request for a
meeting or conference call to discuss this matter with the Town officials. The email did
not contain a formal written action on our reconsideration request. Please issue a
written approval or denial of the reconsideration request, with the reasoning or basis for
the decision, on or before July 9, 2019.
