Good Afternoon Lois,
I am acknowledging receipt of your foil request for information on an incident which occurred on January 26, 2015.
Based on the information provided in you submitted FOIL request regarding an incident which occurred on January 26, 2015, there is no information present in the report completed by the
Cayuga Heights Police Department.
It is suggested that future requests related to TCAT matters be directly submitted to TCAT.
I will await your response before closing this FOIL Request.

Hi Jeff, after speaking with Chief Wright, the following (or some variation-I tend to get wordy with this stuff) can be included in your response to Mr. Werner-Gallegos:
Based on the information provided in your recently submitted FOIL request regarding an incident which occurred on January 26, 2015, there is no information present in the report completed
by the Cayuga Heights Police Department.
It is suggested that any further requests related to TCAT matters be directly submitted to TCAT.
