Variance Requests: 7:00 pm: Request by Chris Gruber (agent) of 701 Highland Road, to allow construction of a new 6’ fence at approximately 0’ from the front property line on Hampton Road and approximately 3’ of the front property line on Highland Road, which are less than the 25’ (front) required by 2018 Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 5.5.A.1: Yard Regulations. 7:15 pm: Request by Melissa Pollock (owner but not occupant) of 202 Overlook Road, to allow for the short-term rental of an apartment for up to 120 days per year, which exceeds the maximum of 14 days allowed by 2018 Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 5.3.I.2.a: Permitted Accessory Uses.
