A Regular Meeting of the Town of Danby Planning Board will be held at
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2019
Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Road, Town of Danby, New York.

3. Approval of Minutes (June 20, 2019 and July 18, 2019)
4. Town Board Liaison Report (verbal)
5. Retail Variety Store (Dollar General) – Pre-Application Sketch Plan Conference
Pre-Application Sketch Plan Conference with representative(s) of GBT Realty Corporation regarding
a proposed 9,026 square foot retail variety store (Dollar General) on Tax Parcel 7.-1-81, 1.98 acres,
located at the southeast corner of Danby Rd. (NYS Rt. 96B) and Brown/Dobson private lane
