• Draft 7-18-2019 Minutes
• Materials submitted by GBT Realty Corp. for a pre-application sketch plan
conference on the proposed retail variety store as described in the agenda.
[While the GBT Realty letter and the sketch plans do not name the store, the
notes at the bottom of the building elevation drawings indicate an affiliation
with Dollar General Corporation.]
