#2017-3 is a true and exact copy of the whole of such resolution on file in this office passed at the meeting of the Zoning
Board of Appeals held on the 7111 day of August 2017.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals hereby grants the requested
area variance, subject to the conditions that the lot be improved with no more than one primary dwelling unit
and that one dwelling unit cannot be occupied by more than 2 unrelated persons or a single family, and that
the subdivision occurs in accordance with the plans and to the specifications presented in the application.
