following Resolution 92017-2 is a true and exact copy of the whole of such resolution on file in this office passed
at the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on the 5th day of June 2017.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals hereby grants the
requested area variance, subject to the conditions that the yew shrubs, or vegetation providing
substantially similar screening, remain to continue screening from road view, and that the shed be
installed in accordance with the plans and to the specifications presented in the application.
