92017-5 is a true and exact copy of the whole of such resolution on file in this office passed at the meeting of the Zoning
Board of Appeals held on the 5"' day of September 2017.
Resolution #1:2017-5
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals hereby grants the .requested
area variance, to allow the construction of a new one story addition to be located within 21.2' from the front
property line (Warwick), Which is less than the 25' required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning
Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements. The addition will be constructed in accordance with the plans and to
the specifications presented in the application.
