Subdivision Conference re correction of Melchen Subdivision Plat approved 1/19/2017 (discussion regarding materials to be submitted; no action to be taken) 6. Site Plan Review Project: White Hawk Ecovillage Location: White Hawk Lane of Rt. 96 B; Tax Parcel 7.1-1-32 Applicant: White Hawk Ecovillage Community Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Plan review to determine required revisions; consider setting public hearing Project Description: Proposed amendment to previously approved site plan based on reconfiguration of two residential lot locations, removal of one residential dwelling location, and other changes in order to meet the requirements of PDZ 19 of the Zoning Ordinance 7.
