1. Please find enclosed the following materials for the May 16, 2019 Planning Board
meeting:
• This memo
• Agenda
• Draft minutes from April 2019 meeting
• Stapled packet of materials for the Westmiller Minor Subdivision application
• Memo and its attachments regarding the White Hawk Ecovillage site plan review
materials. This is NOT a site plan review meeting, but rather a conference to discuss
how to update previous site plan approval for White Hawk and what materials will be
needed for that.
2. Westmiller subdivision application: the 11”x17” copies of the subdivision plat supplied by
Mr. Westmiller’s surveyor are not as clear and dark as I would have liked, however there
is no way to redo them in town hall. There are three large prints of the subdivision plat
for signature which will be at the meeting.
