BUILDING PERMIT:ELECTRICAL ONLY PERMIT
(projects other than the installation of heating units) Residential:
Value of Improvement Fee Application fee $150, includes 3 site inspections.
$0 - $20,000.99 $100.00 Additional inspections and in-office time, $35 per ½ hour.
$20,001 - $100,000.99 $300.00 Commercial:
$100,001 - $350,000.99 $1,400.00 Application fee $200, includes vehicle mounted
$350,001 - $750,000.99 $2,200.00 generators. Includes 4 inspections. Additional Inspection
$750,001 - $1,000,000.99 $3,000.00 and in-office time, $35 per ½ hour
$1,000,001 - $2,500,000.99 $5,000.00 Portable generator $50 for 1 visit, $70 per hour thereafter.
$2,500,001 - $4,999,999.99 $6,500.00 TENT PERMIT $75 Tent w/ generator $125.00

WORKING WITHOUT A BUILDING PERMIT FINE
The fees set forth shall be doubled if work is commenced prior to the issuance of a necessary permit
or if work exceeds work permitted by an issued building or foundation permit.
OPERATING WITHOUT A OPERATING PERMIT OR A FIRE SAFTEY INSPECTION FINE
The fees set fourth shall be equal to the number of years an operating permit or fire safety inspection should have been issued for.
(i.e.: operating permit for an assembly occupancy is operating without an operating permit for 3 years = $200 per year x 3 = $600 operating permit cost).
BUILDING PERMIT EXTENSION
The first extension shall be the greater of $50.00 or 50% of the building permit fee. Subsequent extensions
shall be equal to the original building permit fee.
FOUNDATION WORK ONLY
The greater of $100.00 or 50% of the fee for the building permit, calculated on the estimated full value of the entire building.
(Non- refundable and is not credited towards building permit fee.)

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS APPLICATION
Area, Sign, and Sprinkler Variances and Special Approvals -- $150 and Use Variance -- $250;
$30.00 additional meeting; $50.00 additional public hearing.
FILL PERMIT
$100.00; additional fees apply if Zoning Board of Appeals and/or Planning Board approval is necessary.
TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Single family or Two Family: the greater of $100.00 or 25% of the building permit fee.
All other building use types: the greater of $100 or 50% of the building permit fee
MULTI YEAR BUILDING PERMITS
2 year building permit fee: building permit fee x1.50 = total fee; 3 year building permit: building permit fee x 2= total fee
PERSONAL WIRELESS SERVICE FACILITY
Personal Wireless Service Facility (PWSF) Permit $775.00
Eligible Facilities Request $550.00 per Deployment
Renewal of a Personal Wireless Service Facility Permit $225.00 (maximum successive two (2) year terms)
Minimum Initial Escrow Deposit $3,000.00
