Dear Rich:
As per your request I reviewed the original SWPPP dated May 15, 2006 for the above project.
Per paragraph two of I. BACKGROUND INFORMATION, A. INTRODUCTION the
stormwater system for Phase I (Fastenal) is designed for the original 4800 SF building and a
future expansion of 3600 SF. Paving was to remain the same for the expansion. The system is
not designed for Phase II which would be a separate building of identical size and expansion to
the southwest. Phase II if ever constructed will require a separate SWPPP and management
system.
That being said, an addition of up to 3600 SF to the Fastenal building and/or associated paving
would be acceptable.

To the Town of Cortlandville Zoning Board,
Thank you for your time in reviewing our potential upcoming project. During the initial
construction of our building this expansion was a possibility and is finally needed at this time.
We are planning to extend the existing building at 3737 Luker Road in Cortlandville another 50'.
This will accommodate more storage space in the warehouse as existing space is inadequate. As
you will see from our original zoning application to construction a building on the site, the
original potential expansion was to extend 60' off the rear, however, at this time only requesting
50'.
The new addition will look the same as our existing building and extend off the back. We do not
expect more vehicle traffic coming in or out of the property due the increase in warehouse space.
The parking lot will also be extended to allow forklift and deliveries to enter the overhead door
in the new addition. Overall, we do not see any adverse affects to our property or area from this
small expansion.
