I-5 Grants:
a.Authorize and discuss approval of funds disbursement regarding the NYS
Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG)
Economic Development for Seven Valley Specialty Cables,LLC in the
amount of $89,600.00
I-6 Resolution authorizing the Town to enter into an agreement with Cortland
County to pursue a County Landfill Leachate Pipeline
I-7 Acknowledge receipt of a proposed Local Law of 2022 regarding
Municipal Video Conferencing for Town meetings and set a public
hearing date for August 03, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
I-8 Receive & file correspondence from the New York State Division of
Budget dated July 8, 2022 regarding the Town of Cortlandville receiving
the remaining 50% of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fiscal Recovery
Funds this Summer 2022
I-9 Resolution to reinstate Town Personnel Policy regarding accrued paid
time off for all Town Employees who would lose accrued time at their
anniversary date, to be effective December 31, 2022
I-10 Resolution to hire Philip Morse as part time Clerk of the Works to oversee
Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex Phase 2 Construction at a rate of
$75.00 per hour, averaging 8-10 hours per week and authorize
Supervisor to sign Consulting Contract

I-11 Authorize Supervisor to sign agreement between the Town of
Cortlandville and CHA Consulting, Inc. dated June 30, 2022 regarding the
development of a hydraulic model and evaluation of the Town’s water
distribution system in the amount of $24,865.00. This will take place on
the south end of town to further expand water south on Route 13 to Webb
Road to create a loop and possibly resolve pressure fluctuation issues.
a.Town Board to discuss approval for CHA to start the design process for
the well located at Byrne Hollow Crossing
I-12 Acknowledge and discuss correspondence from Brian Congdon, Water &
Sewer Superintendent, dated July 14, 2022 regarding a water dispute for
resident located at 1264 Starr Road
I-13 Approve the use of Paychex Flex Time & Attendance portion of our Town
payroll system with a one time fee of $1,000.00 and a monthly fee of
$417.00 and authorize Supervisor to sign Paychex Investment Summary
