This will take place on the south end of town to further expand water south on Route 13 to Webb Road to create a loop and possibly resolve pressure fluctuation issues. a.Town Board to discuss approval for CHA to start the design process for the well located at Byrne Hollow Crossing I-12 Acknowledge and discuss correspondence from Brian Congdon, Water & Sewer Superintendent, dated July 14, 2022 regarding a water dispute for resident located at 1264 Starr Road I-13 Approve the use of Paychex Flex Time & Attendance portion of our Town payroll system with a one time fee of $1,000.00 and a monthly fee of $417.00 and authorize Supervisor to sign Paychex Investment Summary J.Executive Session
