May 23, 2022 for one Annual Site Visit in the amount of $1,850.00 per
field and one Annual GMAX Test with written report in the amount of
$605.00 per test for the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex regarding
Advance FieldCare Services for the maintenance of four Gutchess
Lumber Sports Complex Turf Fields

MacLean of 4260 North Road regarding the Homer, Cortlandville, & Solon
Solar Energy Project
a.) Receive & file correspondence dated May 25, 2022 from Betsy
Soshinsky, 5455 Dog Hollow Road, Truxton, NY regarding the
Homer, Cortlandville, & Solon Solar Energy Project
I-9 Authorize the one-year Lease Agreement between the Town of
Cortlandville and John Diescher in the amount of $2,800.00 for a portion
of Town property located at 3111 Byrne Hollow Crossing subject to
Permissive Referendum
I-10 Authorize Patty O’Mara, current Fixed Asset Manager to work with
Williamson Law regarding their Fixed Asset Program. Williamson Law
has pulled their Fixed Asset Program for purchase to update & enhance.
They have asked Patty to assist them with this process
I-11 Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to to make modifications to the
2022 Budget in the amount of $15,158.00 for Modular Mechanicals to
replace the Compressor & Heat Pump for Town Hall
I-12 Receive & file the Final NYSDEC Scoping Document for the Draft
Environmental Impact Statement regarding Cortlandville Sand & Gravel
(Route 13 ROCKS) NYSDEC Mining Permit #7-1122-00043/00008
I-13 Resolution to establish the Standard Work day for Elected and Appointed
