There are no visual or encroachment to any other property with regards to property line infringement. The deck is a simple square deck with a traditional spindle railing and steps so you can enter the yard. The 1.6% variance that I’m asking for enhances the function of the yard and will enhance the beauty of the yard. I’m asking the Board to consider this variance for me so that I can continue using and enjoying the outside property. Best- Kim
