NOTICE is hereby given that on May 23, 2016, the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board
will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to seek
comments on the following project(s):
7:00 pm: Request by David Lennox (owner) of 1001 Highland Road, to subdivide existing lot
into one lot with the existing house and a new building lot, which is subject to Site Plan Review
by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Local Law No. 2 of 1992, and New York State
Environmental Quality Review process.
