SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
Town of Ulysses
August 20, 2015
The meeting convened at the Ulysses Town Hall and moved to the Trumansburg Farmer’s Market.
PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
1st Deputy Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
Board member- John Hertzler
Clerk- Carissa Parlato
OTHERS PRESENT:
Rordan Hart (Village of Trumansburg trustee); Shannon MacCerrick and George Frantz
(Habitat for Humanity)
MEETING NOTICE:
Notice of the meeting was posted on the town’s website and clerk’s board.
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms.Thomas called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Ms. Zahler moved to go into Executive Session at 5:31pm to discuss matters concerning the
acquisition of real property. This was seconded by Ms. Thomas and passed unanimously.
Ms. Thomas moved to end Executive Session at 6pm, seconded by Mr. Hertzler and passed
unanimously.
ADJOURN:
Ms. Thomas made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6pm, seconded by Ms. Zahler and passed
unanimously.
