April minutes, as amended, approved unanimously
Joel checked with Guy Krogh – emails involved in negotiating
easements are confidential. The final easement is a public record.
Don, Joel, and Jenny met about steps towards developing a resource
management plan for the Water District property and other Town
properties. Steps:
o Status of property
o goals
o actions to achieve those goals
This group will be meeting again to continue the discussion
Carl Crispell has done a pre-application for PDR program. Joel was going
to write letter of support to Ag and Farmland Protection Board. When
he contacted them, the Board had already picked other projects to
support.
Carl was then asked about donating development rights. He said no.
Mary reported no progress on her part on CAC Member Handbook due
to computer issues. CJ will take a look at it again too.
At 7:40 pm, Dan moved, Matt seconded, a motion to go into executive
session to discuss a possible real estate transaction. Passed
unanimously.
We came out of executive session at 8:25, having taken no action in
executive session. At 8:26, the meeting was adjourned.
