PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board will hold a
special meeting on Friday, July 16, 2010 at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca,
New York at 11:00 AM. for the purpose of (i) discussing Village Zoning Law provisions
regarding occupancy requirements in the Residential District in the Village of Cayuga
Heights and possible recommendations to be made to the Village Board of Trustees
related thereto, and (ii) such other matters that may come before the Planning Board at
that time. The public is invited to attend.
