The Village of Cayuga Heights hereby confirms our partnership with Tompkins
County for the establishment of an electronic records management system for the purpose
of improving local government Building Code and Permitting records management and
processes, as submitted for a funding request through a 2012-2017 Shared Services grant
from the NYS Archives Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund
(LGRMIF). We affirm our approval of t he submittal of the LGRMIF application and our
active participation in the design and testing of the system, and our plan for long term
commitment to the shared service initiative that will result from the project.
