New addresses for US Post Office
Dear Brent,
As you know the Kendal repositioning project has resulted in some of the residential units being re-numbered. Also,
additional units have been added as part of the project. As we discussed yesterday, before they will deliver mail the
postal service has requested confirmation from the Village of Cayuga Heights that the new addresses are acceptable.
The business address at Kendal at lthaca remains the same: 2230 N. Triphammer Rd. lthaca, NY 14850. The units being
changed are:
r The 24 new independent apartments will have the mailing addresses 100L-1012 and 200L-2012.^VW W Wbo The existing 35 skilled nursing units are being relocated and an additional 13 beds are being added for a total of
48 beds in three neighborhoods. These mailing addresses will be 5101-5116, 520L-5216, and 5301-5316.o To make the room numbering more consistent, the existing Assisted Living units numbered 601-612 are being
re-numbered to 951-962. There are no physical changes being made to these room, just the room numbers
being changed.
Please place this request on the agenda for the Trustees meeting as soon as possible, and let me or Shari Smart know if
there are any questions on this.
