HomeMy WebLinkAboutZBANOTICE.pdfPUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that on July 15, 2013 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to consider the following variance application(s): 7:00 pm: Request by Susan Manning, owner of 10 Highland Park Lane, to allow construction of a new covered porch to be located at 22’ from the front property line, which is less than the 25’ required by Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Section 6: YARDS. 7:15 pm: Request by Maureen Hanson, owner of 316 Comstock Road, to allow construction of an 8’ high wood fence at 0’ (perpendicular) to side property line, which is less than the 15’ setback required by Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Section 6: YARDS. 7:30 pm: Request by Scott Howard, owner of 204 Comstock Road, to allow construction of a new covered porch to be located at 20’ from the front property line, which is less than the 25’ setback required by Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Section 6: YARDS. 7:45 pm: Request by Kristin Colbert, owner of 304 Comstock Road, to allow construction of a new 6’ high wood fence at 0’ (parallel) from rear property line, which is less than the 15’ setback required by Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Section 6: YARDS.
