1. Meeting called to order
Meeting called to order by Chair J. Young at 7:03 pm.
2. Variance Requests
A) 201 Oak Hill Rd
Code Enforcement Officer B. Cross gave a background summary on the case.
After review of the plans with the applicants, the Board concluded a variance was
not needed as the end product will not be over 4’ high and the arch is also
conforming.
3. Minutes
APPROVING MINUTES OF JANUARY 9, 2013
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of January 9, 2013 meeting are hereby
unanimously approved.
Aye votes – Chair J. Young, K. Sigel, R. Parker, A. Shull
Nay votes- none
Abstain- A. Watkins
4. Other Business
The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 4th at 7pm.
