The review found the Town to be in compliance with the Civil Rights Law I-10 Resolution to extend the deadline for submittal regarding the Town’s ARPA Funds designated for Non-Profit Organizations applications. The deadline has been extended to Monday, May 16, 2022 by 4:00 p.m. FINAL I-11 Receive & file the revised Maps & Plans and adopt a Resolution to consent to the Town Planning Board acting as Lead Agency for SEQRA purposes concerning the Aquifer Protection application submitted by Ray Energy Corp.for property located at 3893 Route 11, Tax Map # 87.00-04-10.000 I-12 Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign the Agreement with Insero & Company, Certified Public Accounts for them to start our Annual Town Audit for the year 2021. They will be on site to begin the audit process starting Monday, May 23rd I-13 Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to to make modifications to the 2022 Budget I-14 Resolution to re-appoint John Folmer, Chairperson to the Parks & Recreation Commission for a 5-year term January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2026 I-15 Resolution to acknowledge National Professional Municipal Clerks Week May 2nd - May 8th, 2022 I-16 Resolution to acknowledge that Thoma Development will be the Town’s Grant Administrator for our Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Grant # 210954 for Phase 2 GLSC in the amount of $500,000.
