Dear Town Board Members,
The Highway Department has a %" x 50' galvanized pipe that has been declared as surplus. We
won't be needing this size in the near future. It was originally purchased for a project that later
was covered by a grant. We have been offered $12,000.00 by the Town of Danby. I feel this is a
reasonable offer especially being utilized by another municipality.
