TO: ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

RE: 511 Cayuga Heights Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow existing 6’ high fence to remain has
been denied. The fence is located at approximately 11.5’ (parallel) to the
front property line (on Cayuga Park Road), which is less than the 25’ side
yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard
Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the existing fence to
remain in place. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on June
20, 2012 @ 7:30 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public
comment on this case.
It should be noted that this property has frontage on both Cayuga Heights
Road and Cayuga Park Road.
