New Business I-1 Town Clerk I-2 Town Attorney I-3 Town Board Member(s) Report(s) Jay Cobb to advise the Board of Solar Simplified Municipality Program FINAL I-4 Town Supervisor I-5 Grants: a) Resolution to authorize Supervisor to sign the Request for Release of Funds and Certification regarding the Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) # 287HR317-21 I-6 Adopt and authorize Supervisor to sign the YWCA Proclamation dated April 20, 2022 in support of and declare April 25-30, 2022 YWCA Stand Against Racism Week I-7 Resolution to authorize Supervisor to sign the "First Amendment to Management Agreement" between the Town of Cortlandville and PBR Tournaments NY, LLC I-8 Resolution to establish “Town ARPA Funds designated for Not-for-Profit Organizations” The Town will set aside $50,000. of ARPA Funds, but no more than $5,000. per organization. Formal applications must be submitted to the Town of Cortlandville Supervisor’s Office by May 2, 2022 identifying a specific project that will benefit the people of the Town I-9 Acknowledge appointment of Daniel Head as Deputy Highway Superintendent. His start date will be April 25, 2022 and salary will be the same as the previous Deputy I-10 Receive & file the Cortland County Planning Department review & recommendations dated April 15, 2022 regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit of Ray Energy Corp. located at 3893 Route 11, Tax Map # 87.00-04-10.000 I-11 Resolution to authorize Supervisor to sign the 36-Month Renewal Agreement with WindStream Enterprises regarding the Town’s phone System. Our current rates will stay the same & get a credit of $2,897.13 J. Executive Session
