NOTICE is hereby given that on January 4, 2010 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of
Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing(s) at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to consider the
following application(s):
7:00 pm: Variance request by Randall Nesbitt, agent, to construct an 8’ high fence at 322
Highland Road (tax parcel 15-6-3) resulting in a side yard setback of 0’, which is less than the
15’ required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
7:15 pm: Variance request by Randall Nesbitt, owner, to construct an 8’ high fence at 318
Highland Road (tax parcel 15-6-4) resulting in a side yard setback of 0’ and a front yard setback
of 10’, which are less than the 15’ and 25’ (respectively) required by the Village of Cayuga
Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
