NOTICE is hereby given that on September 14, 2010 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning
Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Fire Station, 194 Pleasant Grove
Rd., to consider the following application:
7:00 pm: Variance request by Garry Brodhead, owner, for a 5’ high fence(s at 811 Triphammer
Road (tax parcel 11.-2-20), resulting in a front yard setback of approximately 12’ and a side yard
setback of approximately 3’, which are less than the 25’/15’ (respectively) required by the
Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements in a Residence
District.
Individuals with special needs and who wish to attend these meetings are requested to contact the
Zoning Board of Appeals Secretary, Mary Jane Neff, at 257-1238 at least 48 hours prior to the
meeting so that the need can be accommodated
