HomeMy WebLinkAboutZBA 8-23-10 Public NoticePUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that on August 23, 2010 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to consider the following application(s): 7:00 pm: Variance request by Petru Petrina, owner, to construct a 206 sf accessory structure at 906 Triphammer Road (tax parcel 10-6-5.1), resulting in a lot coverage of 12.9%, which is greater than the 12% allowed by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 7: Building Coverage in a Residence District. 7:15 pm: Variance request by Corinne Frantz, owner, to construct a 170 sf addition on the house at 1 Strawberry Lane (tax parcel 8-2-11), resulting in a lot coverage of 13.0%, which is greater than the 12% allowed by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 7: Building Coverage in a Residence District Individuals with special needs and who wish to attend these meetings are requested to contact the Zoning Board of Appeals Secretary, Mary Jane Neff, at 257-1238 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that the need can be accommodated Brent Cross, Zoning Officer August 6, 2010
