NOTICE is hereby given that on September 8, 2009 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning
Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing(s) at the Cayuga Heights Fire Hall, 194 Pleasant
Grove Road, Ithaca, New York, to consider the following application(s):
7:00 pm: Variance request by Xin Li, owner, to construct an 8’ high fence at 107 Lisa Place (tax
parcel 5-3-15.78) with a side yard setback of 5’, which is less than the 15’ required by the
Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
7:15 pm: Variance request by Micah Cormier, owner, to construct a one story addition at 204
Cayuga Heights Road (tax parcel 13-4-2) with resulting in a lot coverage of 15.7%, which is
more than the 12% allowed by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 7:
