NOTICE is hereby given that on May 4, 2009 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of
Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing(s) at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to consider the
following application(s):
7:00 pm: Variance request by Rose Catalano (agent), Chemung Canal Trust Co., to erect a sign
on the building at 909 Hanshaw Road (tax parcel 10-4-1.2), which will result in total sign area
that exceeds the 20 sf allowed by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 17:
Signs.
7:15 pm: Variance request by Leslie Danks Burke, owner, to construct a new front porch
addition at 104 Oak Hill Road (tax parcel 14-2-4) with a front yard setback of 22’, which is less
than the 25’ required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard
Requirements.
