Authorize the Supervisor to sign documentation regarding the Environmental Review for the Town's 2021 Community Development Block Grant for Housing Rehabilitation 1-6 Receive & file the correspondence dated January 4, 2022 from Bond Schoeneck & King regarding further comments on the Proposed Local Law Amending the Town of Cortlandville's Zoning Code to Further Safeguard the Existing Wellhead Protection Areas within the Town of Cortlandville's Aquifer Protection District a.) Receive & file correspondence from Cortland County Soil & Water Conservation District dated January 18, 2022 regarding comments on the proposed Wellhead Protection Law. Cortland County Soil & Water is fully supportive of the modifications regarding to the Wellhead Protection Local Law proposed by the Town 1-7 Aquifer Protection Permits: a.) Set a Public Hearing date of February 02, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit Application of Suit-Kote Corp. regarding the replacement and additional tanks located at 1902 Lorings Crossing, Tax Map # 77.00-01-22.000. b.) Set a Public Hearing date of February 02, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit Application of David Yaman regarding a proposed warehouse/manufacturing facility project located at 839 Route 13, Tax Map # 95.00-10-01.100 1-8 Discuss the adjustment of water bill for Tim Chace, 4329 Cosmos Hill Road due to an error with the water meter causing high consumption prior to moving into the home 1-9 Resolution directing the Town Assessor to grant exemptions on the 2022 Assessment Roll to all property owners who received such exemptions on the 2021 Assessment Roll (i.e., senior citizens and individuals with disabilities with limited income) 1-10 Authorize Supervisor to sign 2022 Contract/Agreement with Valley View Gardens & Landscaping, Inc. regarding landscaping and maintenance of the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building, 3577 Terrace Road 1-11 Adopt COVID-19 Isolation and Quarantine protocol provided by HR1 Human Resources dated January 10, 2022 as Town Policy J. Adjourn
