Item 1 –
Meeting called to order
Called to order by Chair M. Harms at 7:05 pm.
Item 2 –
Chair M. Harms extended his appreciation to G. Gillespie for standing in as Acting Chair during his
absence.
Chair M. Harms welcomed new Alternate D. Hay to the board.
Item 3 -
Minutes

RESOLUTION No. 83
APPROVING MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 16, 2011
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of the Special November 16, 2011
meeting are hereby approved.
Aye votes – All in favor

RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of the November 28, 2011 meeting are
hereby approved.

Public Comment
No members of the public present for comment.
Item 5-
Comprehensive Plan
G. Frantz and the board reviewed and made changes to the most current draft of the
Comprehensive Plan.
The board decided to schedule a mid-month working meeting in January. This meeting would
concentrate on completing a draft of the Comprehensive Plan. The goal is to finish the draft by
the end of the regularly scheduled meeting on January 23rd. The completed draft would then be
sent to the Board of Trustees for review and a Public Hearing to discuss the plan could be
scheduled for February 2012.
The working meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 7pm.
