Meeting called to order
Called to order by Acting Chair G. Gillespie at 7:02 pm.
Item 2 –
Review and approval of September Minutes

RESOLUTION No. 79
APPROVING MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2011
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of September 26, 2011 meeting are
hereby approved.
Aye votes – All in favor
Opposed- None
Item 3 -
Public Comment
No members of the public wished to comment.
The board discussed possible candidates for the vacant Planning Board Alternate position.
Deirdre Hay joined the meeting expressing interest in filling the position.
Public comment was closed. The board continued discussing the vacant position and gave an
overview of the current activities the board has been involved with.
Superintendent B. Cross previously requested the board hold a special meeting soon after the
November Board of Trustees meeting to discuss the Marcham Hall addition. The board agreed
to hold a special meeting on Wednesday, November 16th at 5pm at Marcham Hall.
Item 4-
Comprehensive Plan
The board discussed feedback it has received regarding the Comprehensive Plan as well as possible
next steps.
