Present: Chair M. Harms, H. Richardson, G. Gillespie, and S. Cunningham

Meeting called to order
Called to order by Chair M. Harms at 7:05 pm.
Item 2 –
Add Alternate as voting member
Attorney K. Gutenberger informed the board that the Chair may appoint an alternate without a
board vote. Chair M. Harms appointed S. Cunningham as an alternate member and authorized
him to vote during the meeting.
Item 3-
Review and approval of April Minutes

RESOLUTION No. 67
APPROVING MINUTES OF April 25, 2011
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of April 25, 2011 meeting are hereby
approved subject to a spelling correction on pg. 5.
Aye votes – All in favor
Opposed- None

Pleasant Grove Subdivision- SEQR determination

S. Cunningham recused himself from participating in the discussion as a member of the Planning
Board and chose to sit as a member of the audience. S. Cunningham participated in discussion
as a member of the public and President of the Pleasant Grove Homeowner’s Association.
The board reviewed the SEQR Short Environmental Assessment Form. Part 1 had been
completed by J. Sokoloff. The board received a copy of Type 1 Actions regarding impact
assessments for Part 2 of the Assessment Form, (See Appendix A). Part 2 was reviewed and
completed by the board under the advisement of Attorney K. Gutenberger, (See Appendix B).
Superintendent B. Cross will submit a 239 Review to the County.

RESOLUTION No. 68
TO ADOPT THE PART 2 IMPACT ASSESMENT OF THE SEQR SHORT
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FORM AND APPROVE THE SEQR
DETERMINATION.
RESOLVE, that the Part 2 Impact Assessment of the SEQR Short Environmental
Assessment Form is hereby adopted and a SEQR determination that the project will not have an
adverse environmental impact is approved.
Aye votes – All in favor
Opposed- None
Abstained- S. Cunningham

RESOLUTION No. 69
TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING.
RESOLVE, that A Public Hearing is scheduled for the June 27th Planning Board
Meeting at 7Pm regarding the Pleasant Grove Subdivision.
Attorney K. Gutenberger informed the board of alternate SEQR processes which may prove to
be more efficient.
Item 6-
Comprehensive Plan
The board continued discussions from the May 20th Special Planning Board Meeting regarding
the Comprehensive Plan’s goals, objectives, and recommendations. The board also discussed

with Trustee B. Szekely meeting with members of the Board of Trustees to discuss the
Comprehensive Plan.
