REPORT: A zoning permit application has been filed to allow new antennas to be placed on
an existing telecommunications tower. The applicant is proposing to install the
new/additional antennas at the same height (100') as their existing antennas.
Such projects are subj ect to Site Review by the Planning Board as required by
Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 17-8.3.b.
Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on September 24 , 2012@ 7 :00
pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to hear public comment on this case.
