1. SEQR Determination: Robert Trent Jones Golf Course Renovations—Special Permit.
2. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of Special Permit for the proposed renovations to the Cornell
Robert Trent Jones Golf Course,located at 213-215 Warren Road. The project involves installing new
stormwater drainage lines and sand drainage trenches,replacing selected sand bunkers with turf, creating
expanded detention areas, and other improvements to increase the overall function and drainage capacity
of the course. This is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is
subject to environmental review. Cornell University, Owner; Michael Stewart, Cornell University
Facilities Management,Applicant/Agent.
