SUBJECT: UPCOMING CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING – December 4, 2014
This is to confirm that the next meeting of the Conservation Board (CB) is Thursday,
December 4th at 5:30 p.m. The agenda for this meeting is enclosed (see the back of
this memo). The draft minutes from the October 2, 2014 meeting are attached. The
November 6, 2014 meetings were not available for the mail out, but I will email them to
everyone if they are ready before the meeting.
At this meeting we will continue to discuss the pest management policy research from
other communities and see if there are any updates regarding deer management in the
Town and County.
Under Other Business, I have included the usual end of the year activities. The CB will
need to discuss nominations for the 2015 Chair and Vice-Chair positions along with the
2015 meeting schedule. Please note that in the proposed meeting schedule a date for
the January meeting has not been included. Since the first Thursday of the month is
New Year’s Day, the CB will need to discuss an alternative meeting date for January.
I believe that Mike R. has signed up to take minutes at the December meeting.
