SUBJECT: UPCOMING CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING – SEPT. 7, 2017
This is to confirm that the next meeting of the Conservation Board (CB) is Thursday,
September 7th at 5:30 p.m. The agenda for this meeting is enclosed (see the back of
this memo). The draft minutes from the June 1st meeting were not available to include
in the packet. The draft minutes from the August 3rd meeting are attached.
At this meeting we will focus on reports and updates from everyone and discuss
potential topics for the remaining meetings this year.
For upcoming meetings, we tentatively have guests scheduled for the next two
meetings. Andy Zepp from the Finger Lakes Land Trust would like to talk with the CB
about the proposed West Hill Wildway at the October meeting and Rebecca Evans,
Ithaca College’s Campus Sustainability Coordinator, is planning to attend the November
meeting to discuss what IC has planned regarding sustainability.
Elizabeth has signed up to take minutes at the September meeting.
