HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-06-18 - CB Memo & Agenda TO: CONSERVATION BOARD MEMBERS FROM: MICHAEL SMITH, SENIOR PLANNER DATE: NOVEMBER 29, 2018 SUBJECT: UPCOMING CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING – DECEMBER 6, 2018 This is to confirm that the next meeting of the Conservation Board (CB) is Thursday, December 6th at 5:30 p.m. The agenda for this meeting is enclosed (see the back of this memo). The draft minutes from the November 1st meeting were not available to include in the packet. At this meeting we will have a report from Mike R. on the 2018 Agriculture, Food & Environment Systems In-Service that he attended at Cornell recently. Under Other Business, I have included the usual end of the year activities as we prepare for 2019. The CB will need to discuss nominations for the 2019 chair and vice- chair positions along with the approval of the 2019 meeting schedule. Please note that in 2019 the first Thursday in July is the 4th, so I have tentatively listed the July meeting for the second Thursday (7/11), but we will need to discuss this at the meeting. We will need a volunteer to take minutes at the December meeting. I will bring a new sign-up sheet for the 2019 minutes. If you have any questions prior to the meeting or are not able to attend, please contact me at msmith@town.ithaca.ny.us or 607-273-1747. TOWN OF ITHACA 215 N.
