HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-02-20 - CB Memo & Agenda TO: CONSERVATION BOARD MEMBERS FROM: MICHAEL SMITH, SENIOR PLANNER DATE: MARCH 27, 2020 SUBJECT: UPCOMING CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING – APRIL 2, 2020 This is to confirm that the next meeting of the Conservation Board (CB) is Thursday, April 2nd at 5:30 p.m. The agenda for this meeting is enclosed (see the back of this memo). The draft minutes from the March 5, 2020 meetings are attached. As you know, this CB meeting will be conducted through the video conferencing website Zoom (https://zoom.us/). Due to COVID-19, the Town of Ithaca has switched to holding all meetings through Zoom. You can connect from home using either your computer/tablet/cell phone with video or call in by phone (cell phone or landline). I will be sending an email to all CB members with the website links and numbers. At this meeting we will continue to plan for having a table at the April 26th Streets Alive! Ithaca event (1-5 pm on Cayuga and Courts Streets). As of today, it is still listed on their website and Facebook page as happening. Mike would like to go through the status of the Conservation Board goals at the end of the meeting, so please be ready with an update on those you are responsible for.
