TREASURER'S REPORT
1. Abstract has been distributed for this meeting. Financial reports for November will be
completed within the next week.
2. Certificate(s) of deposit has (have) been renewed at TCTC as follows:
$2,500,000 for 28 days at 2.07.
100,000 for 28 days at 2.0% (fire projects)
3. Fire Contract. No communications.
4. Personnel. Resolution will be required to adopt section 41 J pension. Discussion of longevity
options.
5. Independent Audit. Preliminary report did not identify significant issues. Follow -up on
uncashed tax checks was resolved.
6. Budget. Budget season begins in early January. Brief discussion on economic assumptions.
