1. Abstract has been distributed for this meeting. Financial reports have been distributed for
year -end FY01.
2. Certllicale(s) of deposit has (have) been renewed at TCTC as follows:
2,650,000 for 33 days at 2.5%
200,000 for 33 days at 2.5% (Fire Projects)
91re 150,193.50 for 63 days at 2.9% (Sewer Fund Reserve)
Contract. Awaiting a response from Town of Ithaca. Mayor executed an extension.
4, Personnel. Considerable involvement in collective bargaining issues.
5. Annual Report / Year-End. The Annual Financial Report was submitted to New York State, as
required. on September 29.
6. Independent Audit. The field work for our annual audit will begin on October 29.
7. Financial projections. Dramatic interest rate reductions suggest that we will not meet our
interest income target.
8. Reappropriation. The fire projects —in progress from FY01 and the acquisition of a patrol car
ordered in FY01 need to be reappropriated.
