The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga Heights at their Annual
Organizational Meeting held April 3, 2000 adopted the following resolutions:
"VOTED to designate Tompkins County Trust Company as the official
depository of the Village funds for the 2000/2001 Fiscal Year."
"VOTED that the Clerk be authorized to notify the official bank of the following
names to be honored on checks for the 2000/2001 Fiscal Year - two signatures required.
1. Ronald Anderson, Mayor or D. Wayne Fleming, Deputy Mayor.
2. Jeffrey A. Silber, Treasurer or Walter Lynn, Deputy Treasurer.
3. Elizabeth Kord, Clerk."
