BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga
Heights held January 19, 1996 at 4:30 PM in the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Collyer, Kira, Kozen, Pimentel; Treasurer
Silber; Public Works Supt. Cross.
ABSENT: Trustees Bisogni, Fleming.
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order 4t 4:30 stating its purpose was to
pay the month's bills.
Treasurer Silber distributed financial reports.
Motion by Trustee Pimentel, seconded by Trustee Kira:
RESOLUTION 4722 - APPROVE TRANSFERS
VOTED to approve transfers as recommended by the Treasurer as follows:

Trustees Collyer, Kira, Kozen,
Pimentel voted YES.
Motion by Trustee Kira, seconded by Trustee Kozen:
VOTED to approve the Abstract of Warrants dated 1/19/96 in the following
amounts: General Fund - $26,205.32, Sewer Fund - $21,141.67, Water Fund -
$632.39. Trustees Collyer, Kira, Kozen, Pimentel voted YES.
The Board of Trustees, acting as a Planning Board, discussed the change in the
revised version of the Yeater Subdivision as submitted to the Board on 1/15/96.
Motion by Trustee Kozen, seconded by Trustee Kira:
RESOLUTION 4723 - APPROVE REVISED VERSION OF YEATER SUBDIVISION
VOTED to approve the revision of the Yeater Subdivision dated 12/19/96 which,
supersedes the previously- approved Subdivision of 520 Cayuga Heights Road
at the 10/16/95 Board meeting (Resolution 4697). Mayor Anderson, Trustees
Kira, Kozen, Pimentel voted YES. Trustee Collyer ABSTAINED.
