VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Minutes of a Public Hearing, duly published and posted, held July 3, 1995
at 2 :00 PM in the Village Hall to consider a proposal from James J. Larounis
to operate a restaurant at the Corners Community.Center in the-space-previously
occupied by Rosetti's Restaurant.
PRESENT: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Fleming, Kira, Kozen, Pimentel.
ABSENT: Trustees Collyer, Bisogni.
OTHERS PRESENT: Cliff Buck.
Mayor Anderson opened the Public Hearing inviting Mr. Cliff Buck to present
the proposal, in the absence of Mr. James Larounis, to operate a restaurant
at the Corners Community Center. .There were no changes to the proposal as
presented to the Board at the June 19 meeting. After brief discussion, the
Hearing was declared closed at 2:20 PM.
A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees followed the Public Hearing.
Motion by Trustee Fleming, seconded by Trustee Kira:
RESOLUTION 4687 - APPROVE PROPOSAL TO OPERATE RESTAURANT
VOTED to approve the proposal from James J. Larounis to operate a restaurant
in the space previously occupied by Rosetti's Restaurant at the Corners Com-
munity Center...•Trustees Fleming, Kira, Kozen, Pimentel voted YES.
Meeting adjourned at 2:21 PM
