BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Minutes of a Public Hearing, duly published and posred, held July 3, L995at 2.00 PM in the Village Hall to consider a proposal from James J. Larounisto operate a restaurant at the Corners Community, Center in the spacei previously
occupied by Rosettifs Restaurant.
PRESENT: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Fleming, Kira, Kozen, pimentel.
ABSENT: Trustees Collyer, Bisogni.
OTHERS PRESENT: Cliff Buck.
Mayor Anderson opened the Public Ilearing lnviting Mr. Cliff Buck to present
the proposal, in the absence of Mr. James Larounis, to operate a restaurantat the Corners Cornmunity Center. There were no changes to the proposal as
presented to the Board at the June 19 meeting. After brief discussion, the
Hearing was declared closed, at 2:20 PM.
A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees followed the Public Hearing.
Motion by Trustee Fleming, seconded by Trustee Kira:
RESOLUTION 4687 - APPROVE PROPOSAL TO OPEMTE RESTAURANT
VOTED to approve the proposal from James J. Larounis to operate a restaurantin the sPace previously occupied by Rosettirs Restaurant at the Corners Com-munity center. ' Trustees Fleming, Kira, Kozen, Pimentel voted yES.
